The Challenge
T-Adda needed a platform where customers could design their own custom t-shirts in real time, place bulk orders with size breakdowns, and have orders automatically routed to the printing partner — with zero manual intervention.
The Strategy
Built a custom product design engine on top of HTML5 Canvas API, supporting text, image upload, and template overlays. Integrated with a print fulfilment API for automatic order routing and status tracking.
Execution & Results
Developed the Canvas design tool with real-time preview rendering. Built a bulk order calculator supporting 6 size variants with dynamic pricing. Integrated with Printful API for automatic print routing. Deployed 500+ base product templates at launch.
